In the meantime, let's discuss where smart money is leaning for tonight's NBA playoff doubleheader...

7 p.m. ET: Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks

This is Game 5 of the Eastern Conference first round. The Bucks lead the series 3-1 and can eliminate the Bulls with a victory tonight. Milwaukee is coming off a 119-95 blowout win over Chicago in Game 4, easily covering as 4.5-point road favorites. Now the series shifts back to Milwaukee. This line opened with the Bucks listed as a 10-point home favorite. The Bulls are dealing with two big injuries, as Zach LaVine could miss this game due to COVID protocols and Alex Caruso could also be out with a concussion. As a result, we've seen Milwaukee climb from -10 to -12. Playoff favorites are 24-19 ATS (56%) this postseason. Favorites with a line move in their favor are 14-8 ATS (64%). Wiseguys have also hit this under, dropping the total from 219.5 to 218. Unders are 29-14 (67%) this postseason. Unders that fall at least a half point are 17-9 (65%). The under is a perfect 4-0 this series. Leading 3-1, the Bucks are -10000 favorites to advance. The Bulls are +2500 longshots to come back and win the series. Milwaukee is currently +300 to win the Eastern Conference and +650 to win the NBA Title.

10 p.m. ET: Denver Nuggets at Golden State Warriors

This is Game 5 of the Western Conference first round. The Warriors lead the series 3-1 and can advance to the next round with a win tonight. The Nuggets avoided a sweep in Game 4, winning 126-121 as 4.5-point home dogs to avoid elimination. Now the series shifts back to Golden State. This line opened with the Warriors listed as an 8.5-point home favorite. The public is relatively split, yet we've seen Golden State creep up from -8.5 to -9. This signals some respected money laying the points with the Warriors at home. The total has ticked up slightly from 225.5 to 226, indicating some sharp over support. The over is a perfect 4-0 this series. Leading 3-1, the Warriors are -10000 favorites on the updated series price. The Nuggets are +2000. Golden State is the favorite to win the NBA Title at +320. Golden State is +150 to win the Western Conference.
