4:05 p.m. ET: Seattle Mariners (49-42) at Texas Rangers (41-47)

The Mariners have taken the first two games of this AL West series, winning the opener 6-5 as 115 road dogs and then winning again on Friday 8-3 as -155 road favorites. Seattle has now won 12 straight games. In this late afternoon rematch, the Mariners start ace righty Logan Gilbert (10-3, 2.80 ERA) and the Rangers counter with fellow righty Spencer Howard (1-1, 8.04 ERA). This line opened with Seattle listed as a modest -135 road favorite and Texas a +125 home dog. Pros are riding the hot hand, driving Seattle up from -135 to -140. Road favorites are 296-192 (61%) this season. The Mariners are 24-12 as a favorite and 41-29 against righties. The Rangers are 25-26 as a dog and just 24-34 against righties. The Mariners lead the season series 6-2. Seattle is 8-1 in Gilbert's last nine starts. 


8:40 p.m. ET: Arizona Diamondbacks (39-51) at San Diego Padres (51-41)

The Padres took care of business in last night's NL West series opener, winning 5-3 as -200 home favorites. In tonight's rematch, Arizona taps lefty Tyler Gilbert (0-3, 5.33 ERA) and San Diego sends out fellow southpaw Sean Manaea (4-4, 4.09 ERA). This line opened with the Padres listed as a -170 home favorite and the Diamondbacks a +155 road dog. Sharps have laid the chalk with the Padres, steaming San Diego up from -170 to -180. The Padres have correlative betting value as a favorite in a low total game (8). San Diego is 32-27 as a favorite, 23-20 at home and 20-13 against lefties. Arizona is 28-39 as a dog, 17-24 on the road and 14-12 against lefties. The Padres lead the season series 8-2. San Diego holds a big edge at the plate, hitting .241 compared to .223 for Arizona. 


10:07 p.m. ET: Los Angeles Dodgers (59-30) at Los Angeles Angels (39-52)

The Dodgers coasted to a 9-1 victory in last night's series opener, easily cashing as -195 road favorites. In tonight's rematch, the Dodgers hands the ball to lefty Julio Urias (7-6, 3.01 ERA) and the Angels counter with fellow southpaw Jose Suarez (1-3, 4.79 ERA). This line opened with the Dodgers listed as a -180 road favorite and the Angels a +165 home dog. Pros aren't scared off by the expensive chalk and have the laid juice with the road favorite, steaming the Dodgers up from -180 to -190. The Dodgers have value as an Interleague favorite with a line move in their favor. Non-division road favorites are 159-97 (62%) this season. Favorites who made the playoffs against teams who did not are 343-188 (65%). The Dodgers are 58-29 as a favorite, 29-17 on the road and 18-11 against lefties. The Angels are just 5-27 as a dog, 22-26 at home and 11-14 against lefties. The Dodgers are 5-0 in Urias' last five starts.
