The Mariners have taken the first two games of this AL West series, winning the opener 6-5 as 115 road dogs and then winning again on Friday 8-3 as -155 road favorites. Seattle has now won 12 straight games. In this late afternoon rematch, the Mariners start ace righty Logan Gilbert (10-3, 2.80 ERA) and the Rangers counter with fellow righty Spencer Howard (1-1, 8.04 ERA). 8:40 p.m. ET: Arizona Diamondbacks (39-51) at San Diego Padres (51-41)

The Padres took care of business in last night's NL West series opener, winning 5-3 as -200 home favorites. In tonight's rematch, Arizona taps lefty Tyler Gilbert (0-3, 5.33 ERA) and San Diego sends out fellow southpaw Sean Manaea (4-4, 4.09 ERA).
