Nathaniel Hackett, Russell Wilson Were Expected To Improve the Offense

 

The Broncos had high hopes for this season after trading for Quarterback Russell Wilson and hiring Nathaniel Hackett as head coach. Hackett had been Aaron Rodgers’ Offensive Coordinator in Green Bay. Bringing in an experienced, winning quarterback and a respected offensive mind was expected to vastly improve Denver’s offense, but so far, that hasn’t been the case.

Broncos Offense Is Last In The NFL

 

The Broncos are last in the NFL in points per game, 25th in yards per play and Wilson is 27th in QBR.
