NFL: VSiN Experts' Analysis, What’s Wrong With The Denver Broncos?

Following Sunday’s loss to the struggling Las Vegas Raiders, who are now 3-7, the Denver Broncos dropped to 3-7 as well.

Nathaniel Hackett, Russell Wilson Were Expected To Improve the Offense

The Broncos had high hopes for this season after trading for Quarterback Russell Wilson and hiring Nathaniel Hackett as head coach. Hackett had been Aaron Rodgers’ Offensive Coordinator in Green Bay. Bringing in an experienced, winning quarterback and a respected offensive mind was expected to vastly improve Denver’s offense, but so far, that hasn’t been the case.

Broncos Offense Is Last In The NFL

The Broncos are last in the NFL in points per game, 25th in yards per play and Wilson is 27th in QBR.

On VSiN’s “The Lombardi Line,” Former NFL GM Michael Lombardi, former NFL Receiver Mike Pritchard and host Patrick Meagher broke down what's wrong with the Broncos.

The Broncos travel to face another team with challenges on offense, the Carolina Panthers Sunday. VSiN has the latest betting splits for that game and all of the NFL, NBA, NHL and College Football action.
