Andrews: Inside the betting action for the NFL Divisional Playoffs this weekend

72

The divisional playoffs is usually the best NFL weekend of the year. With six games on Super Wild Card Weekend, we’ll see how the two weekends compare handle-wise. Now that we’re in the conference semifinals, we expect big action at the South Point on all four games this weekend.
The games will be played in official Nevada rotation order, with the doubleheaders starting at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT on Saturday and 3 p.m. ET/noon PT on Sunday.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Kansas City Chiefs (-9, 53)

I opened Chiefs 8 over the Jags. They laid me 8, laid me 8.5 and we’re now at 9 and still taking more money on the Chiefs. Some books are at 9.5, but we’re not ready to go there yet. I think wise guys will take 10 if and when we get there. We opened the total at 52. They bet me Over and I went straight to 53 and it has stayed there.

Top NFL Resources:

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles (-8, 48)

Opened Eagles 7, they laid me 7 and the 7.5. We’re at 8 now [as of 4 p.m. PT Friday). I’m the only one at 8. They’re still betting -8. We’ll have to see, I guess. Opened Over/Under 48. I’ve taken more on the Under, but not enough to move it.

Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills (-5.5, 48.5)

We opened the Bills 4. They laid me the 4 and I went straight to 5. They laid the 5 and I went to 5.5. I kept getting flooded with Bills money with plenty of sharp players so I went to 6, but then I got bet back down to 5.5. The total is a weird one. I opened 49.5. They bet me Over, so I went a full point to 50.5. They bet me Under that, so I went back down to 49.5. And then they bet me Under that, so I’m at 48.5.

Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers (-4, 47)

Opened 49ers -4. The first bet came in on the Cowboys +4, so I went to 3.5, but then they bet me back to 4. There’s not much on the Cowboys now at +4, so this has a chance to go higher. Opened the Over/Under at 46, they bet me Over, went to 46.5. Still betting me Over and, in fact, I’m going to move it to 47 as this is being written.
