Ravens 2023 schedule looks tough for fifth playoff appearance in six years

The Baltimore Ravens got Lamar Jackson back in the fold after finally coming to a contract agreement just before the 2023 NFL Draft. With Jackson ready to go, the Ravens have their sights set on ending a three-year division title drought, but they’ll certainly settle for making the postseason for the fifth time in six years and the 11th time in 16 seasons under John Harbaugh. The schedule sets up nicely for this team to take a run at the Bengals in the AFC North.

Baltimore Ravens schedule this year

The Ravens don’t have the difficulty of a first-place schedule like the Bengals do, but Cincinnati’s combination of the Chiefs, Bills, and Vikings really isn’t that much stronger than Baltimore’s combo of the Chargers, Dolphins, and Lions as part of the second-place schedule. All three of those teams seem to be on the rise and the road game of the bunch is across the country in California. The Ravens also have long trips to Arizona and San Francisco. The home schedule is pretty friendly, though, getting the Colts, Rams, and Texans in Maryland.

The Ravens don’t have their bye week until Week 13, which is one of the latest in the NFL and that could prove difficult with long trips to London, Arizona, and Los Angeles in those first 12 weeks.
