Here are our favorite NBA prop bets for Tuesday, May 2:

Miami Heat at New York Knicks (-6, 208) – Game 2

Kyle Lowry looked like a shell of himself this season, but he still averaged 11.2 points per game. That’s more than his point total for tonight, which is set at 10.5. Lowry also happened to score 18 points in the Game 1 win over the Knicks, and he’s now going to be counted on even more offensively. Jimmy Butler sprained his ankle in Game 1, and the injury looked pretty bad. Even if he’s out there, it’s hard to imagine him being fully engaged on both ends of the floor.

With more responsibility on Lowry’s plate, it’s just hard to picture him not scoring at least 11 points in this one. He’s going to be firing away from behind the 3-point line, and that alone makes this a good bet. If he hits a couple of triples, it’s going to be very difficult for him not to score 11. Lowry also happened to have a 14-point game against New York later in the regular season.

Bet: Lowry Over 10.5 Points (-125)

Los Angeles Lakers at Golden State Warriors (-4.5, 227) – Game 1

Dennis Schroder only averaged 4.7 points per game against the Memphis Grizzlies last round, but he still played 22.0 minutes per game and he could be in line for more playing time against Golden State. The Lakers can use what Schroder brings to the table in this specific matchup, and the 29-year-old should also find that it’ll be easier to score against the Warriors than it was against the Grizzlies.

Schroder is a guy that can get two feet in the paint pretty much whenever he wants, as he has blazing speed off the bounce. However, it was hard for him to finish at the basket for easy layups against Jaren Jackson Jr., who is one of the league’s best rim protectors. He should have a lot more success at the rim against Golden State, and he’s also a threat to knock down some open 3s.

This just seems like a very low number for a player of his caliber, and that’s especially true if he plays something like 25 minutes.

Bet: Schroder Over 7.5 Points (+100)
