Favorites and underdogs split 7-7 in MLB (with 1 pick-’em) and 1-1 in the USFLm then dogs finished the night with the Yankees beating Dodgers on Sunday Night Baseball and the Heat beating the Nuggets in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

NBA: Heat beat Nuggets 111-108 in seesaw battle to even NBA Finals at 1-1. MLB: Faves/dogs split 7-7 on Sunday with Orioles-Giants closing pick-’em. The biggest upsets were by the Yankees (+153 in 4-1 win at Dodgers on Sunday Night Baseball), Pirates (+130 in 2-1 win vs. Cardinals) and Angels (+130 in 2-1 win at Astros). Road teams went 10-5. Unders led 9-6. On the season, faves lead 507-371 with 13 PKs. Home teams lead 469-420 with 2 neutral-site games. Unders took 430-428-32 lead with 1 no-action.

USFL: New Orleans Breakers beat Michigan Panthers 24-20 to wrap up Week 8. The ViewFromVegas is they also covered as 3.5-point favorites (also went just Over betting total of 43 points). Earlier Sunday, Memphis Showboats upset New Jersey Generals 25-16 as 2.5-point underdogs (pushed on consensus total of 41).

More USFL: Faves went 3-1 SU in Week 8, but dogs led 3-1 ATS. Dogs lead 19-13 SU on the season and even better at 24-8 ATS (75%). Overs led 2-1-1 in Week 8, but Unders still lead 17-14-1 (54.8% overall.

NHL (ICYMI): With the Golden Knights’ 5-2 win over the Panthers in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals on Saturday night, dogs dipped to 43-37 overall in the playoffs with 4 games closing pick-’em. Road teams also dipped to 46-38 overall. Over took 42-41-1 lead after being tied through 3 rounds. The “zig-zag” (aka “loser of the last”) wasn’t applicable in Game 1 as both teams won previous game, but still leads 39-30 (56.5%).
