Will the dog and under trend tonight? Let's discuss where smart money is leaning for Monday Night Football...

8:15 p.m. ET: Las Vegas Raiders (1-3) at Kansas City Chiefs (3-1)

These AFC West rivals are both coming off Week 4 victories. The Raiders just beat the Broncos 32-23, covering as 2.5-point home favorites. Meanwhile, the Chiefs just took down the Bucs 41-31, winning outright as a 2-point road dog.

This line opened with the Chiefs listed as a 7-point home favorite. The public is rushing to the window to back Patrick Mahomes in primetime. However, despite 81% of bets backing Kansas City, this line hasn't budged off the 7. Typically, with such heavy between you would see the favorite move from -7 to -8 or -9. The fact that it hasn't moved indicates a sharp line freeze with liability on the Raiders at 7.

The Raiders are contrarian in a heavily bet games, receiving only 19% of bets overall. Las Vegas also has value as a divisional dog in a primetime game.

The total has ticked down from 52.5 to 51.5, signaling somer under money. The under is receiving 30% of bets but 41% of money, a sharp discrepancy in favor of a lower scoring game. Primetime unders are 11-4. Divisional unders are 17-5 (77%).
