Normally, Adam Burke will have daily best bets to give you some ideas of what to back when it comes to moneylines, run lines and totals, while I focus on feeding you all player props. However, Adam is off on Sundays, so I’m tackling everything before we get back to our regularly scheduled programming tomorrow. Here are our favorite MLB prop bets for Sunday, June 25th:

Minnesota Twins at Detroit Tigers (+115, 7.5)

The Tigers are playing some good baseball heading into an early Sunday meeting with the Twins, as they have won six of their last nine and are looking to win a series against Minnesota for the second time in two weeks. I like Detroit’s chances to do so — especially at plus-money odds — as Michael Lorenzen has turned in some stellar performances when pitching at home this year. Lorenzen has had four starts in which he has given up one or fewer earned runs in Detroit this season, and I think he will more than hold his own in the battle on the mound against Bailey Ober today. I also like that the Tigers are 15-10 against division opponents this year. This isn’t a very good baseball team, but Detroit gets up for the ones that matter.

Bet: Tigers ML (+115)

Texas Rangers at New York Yankees (-120, 7.5)

The Rangers have won five of their last seven games while the Yankees have been cold in recent months, but it’s still hard to pass on New York at this price when Gerrit Cole is on the mound. This season, the righty is 8-1 with a 2.64 ERA and 106 strikeouts in 99.0 innings of work. And Cole has been very good when pitching at home this year, as he’s 5-1 with a 2.60 ERA at Yankee Stadium. He’s also 5-0 with a 2.45 ERA when pitching during the day this year. And Cole has already pitched well against the Rangers this season, giving up two earned runs and striking out eight in 6.2 innings of work on the road on April 27th. New York won that game and should feel even better about winning this one at home. Also, for as good as Nathan Eovaldi has looked this season, he has given up 11 earned runs over his last three starts. So, he’s not exactly at his very best now, and he’ll need to be in order to beat Cole.

Bet: Yankees ML (-120)

Los Angeles Angels (-150, 13) at Colorado Rockies

This season, Brandon Drury is batting .262 with two triples, 17 doubles, 13 homers and 41 RBIs. He is also one of Los Angeles’ most dangerous hitters against southpaws, which is why you must lay some significant juice on him to reach at least two total bases on Sunday. But I’m fine with these odds in a matchup with Austin Gomber. The 29-year-old is just 4-7 with a 7.25 ERA on the season, so he has proven to be one of the most hittable pitchers in the league this year. Gomber also happens to be just 2-3 with a 9.40 ERA in eight home starts this season, so Coors Field hasn’t been kind to him. With that in mind, I think there’s a good chance Drury comes through with a big day at the plate. This game has a total of 13, so quite a few players are due for big performances.

Bet: Drury Over 1.5 Total Bases (-150)
