Here are our favorite MLB prop bets for Monday, April 24:

Boston Red Sox (-125, 8) at Baltimore Orioles

Chris Sale is coming off his best start of the season, as the lefty pitched 6.0 innings of one-run ball and struck out 11 hitters. However, Sale now has to face an Orioles team that really gave him trouble earlier in the season. Baltimore scored seven earned runs on seven hits against Sale at Fenway Park on April 1st. That makes it hard not to bet on Sale to give up at least two earned in this one.

Only three teams in the league have scored more runs against left-handed pitching than the Orioles this year. Baltimore is also fourth in the league in isolated power and eighth in the league in wRC+ against southpaws on the season.

Bet: Sale Over 1.5 Earned Runs Allowed (-155)

Houston Astros at Tampa Bay Rays (-155, 8)

The Astros will be the most dangerous lineup that Taj Bradley has faced this year, but this strikeout total just feels way too low. Bradley struck out eight hitters against the Boston Red Sox in his MLB debut on Wednesday, April 12th. He then went out and struck out nine against the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday, April 18th.

With Bradley having 17 strikeouts through two starts this season, how can we not back him to have five in tonight’s meeting with Houston? This is such a low number that Bradley can turn in a relatively lousy start and still cash this play. We’re taking it and not thinking twice about it. Bradley has electric stuff and pounds the strike zone.

Bet: Bradley Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-150)

Kansas City Royals at Arizona Diamondbacks (-140, 10.5)

This game has the highest total on the board tonight, so it makes a lot of sense to attack the player props market for the team that is favored. And when looking for somebody on Arizona that has the potential to come through at the plate, the best bet looks like Corbin Carroll. This season, Carroll is batting .280 with six doubles, four homers and eight RBIs. He has been a revelation for the Diamondbacks early in the year, and he comes into this game on a nice little streak.

Carroll got two hits in back-to-back games to close out the series against the San Diego Padres and doing so again would help us cash the over on his total bases prop. However, the same goes for him hitting one double, which he also did in both of those games. And there’s no reason to believe he won’t be able to do it again here.

Brad Keller is 2-2 with a 3.00 ERA for the Royals this season, but some regression could be incoming. He had an ERA of at least 5.09 in each of the last two years. And pitching in Arizona isn’t easy.

Bet: Carroll Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115)
