Tiger Tracker: Betting on Tiger Woods heading into Round 2 of the Masters
The opening day of the Masters Tournament was awesome for golf fans and bettors, as there's a three-way tie for first between Viktor Hovland, Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka. And a lot of other stars are firmly in the mix at the top, so we're definitely heading towards a tremendous weekend. However, Tiger Woods shot a +2 in the first round and is tied for 54th at the moment. He's going to have his work cut out for him on Friday, August 7th if he's going to do some damage at Augusta this year — or even make the cut. Keep reading to see how his odds have changed since before the tournament, and whether we'd suggest betting anything on him the rest of the way.

Anybody that bet Tiger before the tournament is probably a little upset. He didn't play well in his opening round and has dug himself a bit of a hole. However, this is Tiger we're talking about and that means that he can easily turn things around. It's hard to actually regret betting on the greatest golfer ever, and there's surely a chance he'll show us why. Tiger bettors just need to hope he can get hot with his putter.

It's a little hard to justify backing Tiger to do anything the rest of the way. If anything, we'd understand a sprinkle play on him to finish Top 20. After all, the odds are +750 after having been +230 before the tournament. However, we'd probably advise staying away from the legend from here on out. The weather is only getting worse starting on Friday, so Tiger really would have needed to play well on Thursday in order to do some damage.
