9 p.m. ET: Texas at TCU (-2.5, 149.5)

Texas (22-7, ranked 9th) just saw their two game win streak come to an end, falling to Baylor 81-72 and failing to cover as 4-point road dogs. Meanwhile, TCU (19-10, ranked 22nd) has won two of their last three games and just edged Texas Tech 83-82, winning outright as 2-point road dogs. This line opened with TCU listed as a 1.5-point home favorite. Pros have laid the short chalk with TCU, steaming the Horned Frogs up from -1.5 to -2.5. TCU is only receiving 46% of bets but 72% of money, a massive sharp contrarian bet discrepancy in their favor. Short home favorites -5 or less with a line move in their favor are 171-140 ATS (55%) this season. Ken Pom has TCU winning by one point (76-75). Big 12 home favorites are 48-20 (71%) straight up in conference play. TCU is 12-4 at home. Texas is 4-5 on the road. TCU is -145 on the moneyline. 


9 p.m. ET: Penn State at Northwestern (-3.5, 134.5)

Penn State (17-12) just saw their three game win streak snapped, falling to Rutgers 59-56 and losing outright as 3.5-point home favorites. On the other hand, Northwestern (20-9) has dropped two straight and just got rolled by Maryland 75-59, failing to cover as 7-point road dogs. This line opened with Northwestern listed as low as a 2.5-point home favorite. Wiseguys have sided with the home team, steaming Northwestern up from -2.5 to -3.5. Some shops are even inching up to -4. Ken Pom has Northwestern winning by three points (70-67). Big 10 home favorites are 71-24 (75%) straight up this season. Northwestern is 13-4 at home. Penn State is 3-7 on the road. Northwestern is -175 on the moneyline. The total is 134.5. Northwestern is 18-11 to the under, including 12-5 to the under at home.
