1 p.m. ET: North Carolina at NC State (-2, 152)

North Carolina (16-10) has lost four of their last five games and just fell to Miami 80-72, losing outright as 6-point home favorites. Similarly, NC State (20-7. ranked 23rd) has dropped two of their last three games and just fell to Syracuse 75-72, failing to cover as 1.5-point road dogs. This line opened with NC State listed as a short 1.5-point home favorite. Respected money has laid the short chalk with the home favorite, driving NC State up from -1.5 to -2. Some shops are even inching up to -2.5. NC State is receiving 55% of bets but 72% of money, signaling slight public support but heavy smart money. Short home favorites -5 or less with a line move in their favor in conference play are 153-116 ATS (57%) this season. ACC home favorites are 58-15 (80%) straight up in conference play. Ken Pom has NC State winning by three points (77-74). NC State is 13-1 at home this season. North Carolina is 2-6 on the road. NC State is -130 on the moneyline. 

 

2 p.m. ET: Niagara (-1.5, 126.5) at Marist

Niagara (14-11) has dropped two straight games and just fell to Mount St. Mary 70-66, failing to cover as 1-point road dogs. Similarly, Marist (8-17) has dropped three straight games and just fell to Fairfield 70-61, failing to cover as 2-point home dogs. This line opened with Niagara listed as a short 1-point road favorite. We've seen Niagara creep up from -1 to -1.5, with some shops even inching up to -2. This signals pro money laying the points with the road favorite. Ken Pom has Niagara winning by one point (63-62). He also has Niagara ranked much higher (245th vs 324th). Niagara holds a clear edge in the shooting department (45% vs 40%). Niagara is 9-7 in conference play. Marist is 4-12. This is a revenge game for Niagara, who lost to Marist 66-64 as 4.5-point home favorites back on January 15th. 

 

7 p.m. ET: Oregon at Washington State (-1, 134.5)

Oregon (15-12) has lost two straight games and just fell to Washington 72-71 in overtime, losing outright as 5.5-point road favorites. On the flip side, Washington State (12-15) has won two straight games and just beat Oregon State 80-62, covering as 13-point home favorites. This line opened at a pick'em. Sharps have sided with the home team, pushing Washington State to a 1-point favorite. Washington State is only receiving 45% of bets but 78% of money, a massive sharp contrarian bet discrepancy in their favor. PAC 12 home favorites are 54-13 (81%) straight up in conference play. Ken Pom has Washington State winning by two points (69-67). Washington State is 9-3 at home this season. Oregon is 3-5 on the road. Pros have also leaned under, dropping the total from 135 to 134.5.
