7 p.m. ET: Detroit at Robert Morris

Detroit (8-13) just saw their two-game win streak come to an end, falling to Oakland 76-67 and losing outright as 4-point home favorites. On the other hand, Robert Morris (9-12) just snapped a three-game losing skid with a 72-38 with over Green Bay, easily covering as 9-point road favorites. This line opened with Robert Morris listed as a short 1-point home favorite. Pros have laid the chalk with the home favorite, steaming Robert Morris up from -1 to -2.5. Some shops are even inching up to -3. Short home favorites -4 or less with a line move in their favor are 108-64 (63%) straight up this season. Robert Morris is -140 on the moneyline. Robert Morris is 5-2 at home. Detroit is just 3-9 on the road. Ken Pom has Robert Morris winning by one point (73-72). 

 

7 p.m. ET: Rider at Marist 

Rider (9-9) has won three straight games and just took down Manhattan 67-65 but failed to cover as 8-point home favorites. Meanwhile, Marist (7-11) has lost two straight and just fell to Mount St. Mary's 59-55, failing to cover as 3-point road dogs. This line opened with Rider listed as a short 2-point road favorite. Pros seem to think this line was a bit short and have steamed Rider up from -2 to -3. Rider has the better offense (69 PPG vs 63 PPG), better shooting (44% vs 41%) and better rebounding (37 RPG vs 33 RPG). Rider is 6-3 in conference play. Marist is 3-6. Marist is also only 3-6 at home. Rider is 4-5 on the road. Ken Pom has Rider winning by two points (67-65). He has Rider ranked much higher as well (219th vs 306th). Rider is -140 on the moneyline. 

 

7 p.m. ET: Saint Louis at Davidson

Saint Louis (14-6) have won five straight games and just took down La Salle 84-71 but failed to cover as 14-point home favorites. On the flip side, Davidson (10-1) just snapped a four-game losing skid with a 64-57 win over La Salle, covering as 6.5-point road favorites. This line opened at roughly a pick'em. Sharp money isn't outsmarting itself. Pros are backing the better team at a coin flip price, steaming Saint Louis up to a a 1.5-point road favorite. Saint Louis has the edge offensively (77 PPG vs 70 PPG) and on the boards (40 PRG vs 33 RPG). Saint Louis is 6-1 in conference play. Davidson is 3-5. Ken Pom has Saint Louis winning by one point (73-72). He has Saint Louis ranked much higher (81st vs 139th). Saint Louis is -120 on the moneyline.
